We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. Tour availability is subject to weather conditions, safety assessments, and location accessibility.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

All tour bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorized booking partners. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the original quoted price.

Group bookings of five or more participants may be eligible for special rates. Corporate and private tour arrangements require separate agreements and may have different terms and conditions.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date are non-refundable. In cases of extreme weather conditions or safety concerns, Hidden Sydney may cancel tours and provide full refunds or reschedule options.

If you fail to appear for your scheduled tour without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your ability to participate in booked tours.

5. Safety and Participation Requirements

Participants must be in reasonable physical condition to safely participate in urban exploration activities. Some tours involve walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, and navigating through narrow spaces. Participants with mobility concerns should contact us before booking to discuss accessibility options.

All participants must follow guide instructions at all times for safety reasons. Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in removal from the tour without refund. Participants engage in tour activities at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety and belongings.

6. Age Restrictions and Supervision

Participants must be at least 12 years old to join our tours. Minors between 12-17 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some specialized tours may have higher minimum age requirements due to safety considerations or location restrictions.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their children understand and follow all safety instructions throughout the tour. Hidden Sydney reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Participants acknowledge that urban exploration involves inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk. Hidden Sydney carries comprehensive insurance coverage, but participants are encouraged to maintain their own travel and health insurance coverage.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided during tours, including route information, historical details, location access methods, and insider knowledge, is proprietary information of Hidden Sydney. Participants agree not to share specific location details or access methods with third parties or use this information for commercial purposes.

The Hidden Sydney name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of Hidden Sydney. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

10. Modifications to Terms

Hidden Sydney reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to review these terms periodically for updates.

Major changes to these terms will be communicated to customers via email notification when possible. If you disagree with any changes to these terms, you may cancel any future bookings for a full refund if cancelled within 72 hours of the terms change notification.
